I designed this pair of interactive maps that each explore different aspects of the natural beauty of Great Britain. The first allows the user to discover the most beautiful beaches in Britain and look around them via Google street view. The second maps the number of distinct species by region in the UK allowing the user to filter by species type and search for specific locations to see where they rank among all those in the UK.
I was responsible for all aspects of the design including data visualisation, iconography and typography.
